Der penAtlas ist für die Verarbeitung der personenbezogenen Daten verantwortlich, um den Katalog, die redaktionelle Bereich, Konten und Community-Features zu betreiben. Diese Politik gilt für Besucher, Sammler und Administratoren, die die Website nutzen.

Dienste, die über Anzeigenschaltflächen, Teilen oder Marketplaces aufgerufen werden, haben eigene Verantwortliche und Datenschutzrichtlinien. Der penAtlas kontrolliert nicht die Verarbeitung in diesen Umgebungen.

Bei der Erstellung und Pflege eines Kontos verarbeiten wir Name, Benutzername, E-Mail, gespeicherte Passwörter, die durch Hash gesichert sind, Profilbild, temporäre Codes, offene Registrierungsaenderungen und Informationen für authentifizierte Sitzungen.

Bei der Veröffentlichung einer Anzeige verarbeiten wir Modell, Beschreibung, Preis, Erhaltungszustand, Merkmale, Fotos, externen Link und bei Angabe Telefon und WhatsApp. Die E-Mail-Adresse des Kontos kann im Angebot nur angezeigt werden, wenn der Sammler diese Option aktiviert.

Wir verarbeiten auch Fragen, Antworten, Favoriten, beobachtete Modelle, Beschwerden, Moderationsgründe und andere Interaktionen, die der Nutzer sendet. Das allgemeine Kontaktformular sendet derzeit keine Daten an den Backend; solange es deaktiviert bleibt, werden die eingegebenen Inhalte nicht vom penAtlas empfangen oder gespeichert.

Die Infrastruktur kann technische Aufzeichnungen erzeugen, die für die Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit erforderlich sind, wie Datum und Uhrzeit, IP-Adresse, Zugriffsroute, Browser-Agent, Serverantworten und Fehlerereignisse. Die Ausdehnung dieser Aufzeichnungen hängt von der Hosting- und Produktionskonfiguration ab.

Die Website verwendet lokales Browser-Speicherung, um Authentifizierungstoken, Cookie-Präferenzen, den Filterzustand der Administratoren, den Rückgabewert nach dem Login und die Auswahl von Modellen für den Vergleich zu speichern. Diese Daten bleiben auf dem Gerät, bis sie ablaufen, ersetzt, durch die Website entfernt oder vom Nutzer gelöscht werden.

Wir verarbeiten Daten, um Benutzer zu registrieren und zu authentifizieren, Konten zu schützen, Anzeigen und Profil zu veröffentlichen, Favoriten, Abonnements, Fragen, Antworten und Beschwerden zu ermöglichen, Kommunikationen zu senden, Inhalte zu moderieren, Missbrauch zu verhindern, Fehlereinstellungen zu untersuchen und die Sicherheit des Dienstes zu gewährleisten.

Gemäß der Betriebsführung kann die Verarbeitung auf die Ausführung der vom Nutzer angeforderten Dienste, Verfahren im Zusammenhang mit Verträgen, die Erfüllung gesetzlicher oder regulatorischer Verpflichtungen, das Ausüben von Rechten, den Schutz vor Betrug, den legitimen Interessen gemäß der LGPD oder auf die Zustimmung, wenn diese die geeignete Grundlage ist, beruhen.

Wenn die Verarbeitung auf Zustimmung beruht, kann die Ablehnung oder Widerruf nur die zugehörige Funktion beeinträchtigen. Der Widerruf berechtigt nicht zur Ungültigkeit von Operationen, die vor der Anfrage legitim durchgeführt wurden.

Name, username, profile picture, active advertisements and allowed questions and answers can be displayed publicly. Photos and descriptions published can also contain information inserted by the user himself.

E-mail, phone and WhatsApp only appear in the advertisement according to the options selected by the advertiser. When enabling contact, consider that it may be viewed, copied and shared by third parties outside the control of penAtlas.

Articles, models and collections are editorial contents and, in general, do not require identification of the visitor. Public search and pagination use the terms provided to display results and do not, by themselves, create a personal profile of the visitor.

penAtlas does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by necessary suppliers for hosting, database, image storage, email sending, queues, security, monitoring and technical support, always according to the purpose of the service and applicable safeguards.

Data may also be provided to authorities or third parties when there is a legal obligation, valid order, need to protect rights or investigation of fraud and abuse. If suppliers process data outside Brazil, the applicable international transfer mechanisms provided by legislation will be adopted.

When opening a marketplace, WhatsApp, social network or other external link, the user begins to relate directly with that service. penAtlas does not process payments, deliveries or transactions carried out outside the platform.

The data is kept while the account is active and for the time necessary for the purposes informed, security, fulfillment of obligations and regular exercise of rights. Specific periods may vary according to the data category and the final production configuration.

Contents subject to soft delete, such as models, articles, questions and answers, may remain in restricted access for restoration, audit and moderation. Records necessary for the prevention of abuse or defense of rights may also be preserved for the applicable period.

When confirming the account deletion, name, username and email are anonymized; credentials and codes are revoked; photo, favorites and subscriptions are removed; and advertisements are disabled with removal of photos, links and contacts. Questions, answers and reports may remain associated with the anonymous identity "Account deleted" to preserve conversations, moderation, prevention of fraud and regular exercise of rights.

We adopt technical and administrative measures proportional to the service, including hashed passwords, protected tokens, two-factor verification, input validation, parameterized queries, access control, moderation and session revocation. No service connected to the internet can guarantee absolute security.

Confirmed incidents involving personal data will be assessed according to the risk. When required by LGPD and ANPD regulation, the controller will carry out the necessary communications to the authority and affected data subjects.

The user must keep password and codes confidential, avoid sharing tokens, distrust links and report any suspicion of unauthorized access.

The privacy notice records the choice between "Only essential" and "Accept cookies" in local storage. Currently, penAtlas uses essential resources for session, security and preferences and does not declare the activation of behavioral advertising.

The user can delete cookies and local storage in browser settings. This may end sessions, clear comparisons and preferences and require new authentication.

Under LGPD terms, the data subject may request, as applicable, confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or irregular data, portability, information about sharing, opposition, review of automated decisions and revocation of consent.

The identity of the requester may be verified to prevent data from being delivered or altered by third parties. Some requests may be limited when there is another legal basis for retention, applicable obligation, protection against fraud or need for regular exercise of rights.

The data subject may also petition the National Data Protection Authority, following official procedures, especially after attempting to exercise the right directly with the controller.

penAtlas is not directed to children. Accounts and advertisements presuppose the capacity to accept the Terms of Use and participate in relations related to collectible items. If inappropriate treatment of children's or adolescents' data is identified, measures compatible with legislation and the best interest of the data subject will be adopted.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the product, suppliers, data processing practices or legislation. The current version and the date of the last update will remain available on this page.
