By accessing or using penAtlas, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the authenticated areas or publish content on the platform.

To create an account, you must have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you use the service on behalf of another person or organization, you declare that you are authorized to represent them.

During registration, the acceptance is confirmed by a required checkbox. penAtlas records the date and version of the accepted Terms of Use and recognized Privacy Policy to prove the user's manifestation.

penAtlas is an independent editorial catalog and a showcase for ads of writing instruments. The catalog's information has an informative purpose and may be reviewed as new sources are verified.

Articles, guides, comparisons, estimates and other editorial content do not constitute an authenticity report, professional evaluation, investment recommendation or price, availability or origin guarantee.

penAtlas is not the owner of the advertised products, does not hold inventory, does not receive payments, does not perform deliveries and does not act as a party, representative, guarantor or intermediary in user transactions.

You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information, choose an available username and keep your password and verification codes confidential. Activities performed on your account are your responsibility.

Notify penAtlas if you suspect unauthorized access. It is not allowed to transfer, sell, rent or share your account in a way that compromises the security of the platform or third parties.

The user may request the deletion of their own account through the available features. Some records may be anonymized or preserved in a restricted manner when necessary for security, moderation, compliance with obligations or the regular exercise of rights, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

The advertiser must link the ad to the correct catalog model and provide price, condition, description, photos, availability and other characteristics with clarity and accuracy. The photos must represent the actual item offered, except for elements clearly identified as illustrations.

You may only publish content and offer items for which you have rights and authorization. It is prohibited to advertise counterfeit, stolen, illegal, non-existent products or those that violate intellectual property rights, consumer norms or any applicable legislation.

When registering an ad, the advertiser must confirm that the information and images are true, that they are authorized to advertise the item and that the post respects these Terms of Use.

Links and contact data are provided by the advertiser. penAtlas may hide, disable or remove incomplete, misleading, duplicated, incompatible with the catalog or contrary to these terms.

Buyers and collector advertisers are solely responsible for verifying identity, authenticity, condition, origin, price, payment methods, shipping, taxes, guarantees and other conditions of the transaction.

Before paying, take security measures, request additional evidence and use payment and delivery methods that offer protection. penAtlas does not guarantee the identity of users, the authenticity of items, the completion of the sale or the fulfillment of obligations assumed outside the platform.

When following a link to eBay, WhatsApp or another external service, the terms and policies of that third party also apply. penAtlas does not control external pages nor is responsible for their availability, security or content.

Questions and answers must be relevant to the ad, respectful and useful to the community. It is not allowed to publish insults, harassment, discrimination, obscene content, threats, spam, personal data of third parties, attempts at fraud or illegal material.

The content published is the responsibility of its author. When sending it, you grant penAtlas a free and non-exclusive authorization to store, display, organize and moderate this content as necessary for the operation and security of the service.

Published answers cannot be edited by the collector. Removed questions and answers may be preserved in a restricted manner for restoration, auditing, prevention of abuse and compliance with legal obligations.

It is prohibited to attempt to invade, test vulnerabilities without authorization, bypass access controls, insert malicious code, automate access in an abusive manner, extract bulk data, interfere with the site's functionality, create accounts to bypass blocks or use the platform for fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity.

It is also prohibited to impersonate another person, manipulate reviews or interactions, disclose false information and use trademarks, texts, images or data of third parties without authorization.

penAtlas may analyze reports and remove content, limit functionalities, disable ads, suspend or block accounts when identifying a violation of these terms, a risk to the community, a legal requirement or a need for service protection.

Whenever reasonable and permitted, the severity, recurrence and context of the behavior may be considered. Blocking prevents authenticated access, but certain records may be preserved for security, auditing and compliance with legal obligations.

The visual identity, catalog organization, editorial texts, code and other elements specific to penAtlas are protected by applicable legislation. Third-party brands and materials belong to their respective holders, and their reference does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

No provision of these terms transfers intellectual property rights. It is allowed to consult the site for personal use; reproduction, commercial exploitation or substantial distribution depends on authorization and respect for third-party rights.

The service is offered as available and may undergo maintenance, changes or interruptions. Although we strive for accuracy and security, we do not guarantee that the catalog is free of errors, that all ads remain available or that access is uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, penAtlas is not responsible for losses resulting from user transactions, external links, information provided by advertisers, misuse of accounts or events beyond its control. Rights that cannot be legally waived remain preserved.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service, community or legislation. The current version and its update date will be available on this page. When a change is relevant to registered users, penAtlas may present a notice and request new acceptance, when appropriate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to applicable mandatory regulations, including data protection laws, and, when applicable, consumer protection laws.
