The cap ring is decorated with the words 'Juilliard School, 100 years'.
Top of the Cap
The emblem is made of mother-of-pearl.

The clip in the shape of the 'J' is set with a diamond.
Design
The rings on the cap top, cap and barrel are decorated with diamonds (two pieces with ~0,009 ct. and 666 pieces with ~1,86 ct.). Barrel and cap are set with 32 diamonds (~0,14 ct.) and 1.200 sapphires (6 ct.). The edition is made of Au750 white gold. The rings are symbolising the lines of a music staff.
Cone
The cone is made of Au750 solid white gold, enriched with a ring of diamonds.
Feather
The rhodium-coated Au750 gold nib is decorated with the portrait of Augustus D. Julliard.
Limitation
This creation is limited to just one piece world-wide, making it one-of-a-kind.
