History

An homage to the mythology of the spider as a positive sign for fortune. As a result of its ambivalent reputation, different meanings are attached to the spider. Thus, in some cultures the image of a spider climbing down a thread is regarded as good fortune coming from heaven and as a harbinger of fertility and wealth. The spider symbolizes patience due to its hunting technique of setting webs and waiting for prey. The spider's web is seen in some traditions as reflection of the intricate interconnectivity of life or as dream catcher which protects people from bad dreams.

The cap is worked reminiscent of a spider’s web gleaming in the sunlight. The Au750 solid white gold spider's web is enriched with diamonds.

A reference to the black widow is incorporated in the clip: a sophisticated spider’s body is symbolizing the fascinating aura of this secretive creature, adorned with two black diamonds (~0,015 ct. and ~0,11 ct.).
Design
The design is inspired by the ancient myth of a spider. Cap and barrel are worked reminiscent of a spider’s web gleaming in the sunlight. The spider's web is enriched with precious 395 diamonds (~1,1 ct.). The overlay is made of Au750 solid white gold.

The cone is made from Au750 solid white gold, enriched with diamonds.
Feather
The rhodium-coated Au750 gold nib is decorated with a spider's web.
Limitation
