Antoni Gaudí (1852-1926) was a Spanish architect who belonged to the Catalan Modernista movement. He is popular for his distinctive and free-flowing works which were greatly influenced by nature. Buildings like Casa Batlló, Casa Milà and Sagrada Familia still dominate Barcelona nowadays.

Cap
The translucent lacquer inlays on the cap are based on the design of the windows of Casa Batlló. The cap is enriched with 53 diamonds on the cap (~0,159 ct.).
Top of the Cap
The cap top is adorned with a Montblanc Diamond (~0,74 ct.).
Clip
The clip is inspired by the Modernist style (Art Nouveau) and made of 750 Au solid signature gold.
Design
The design and colours are influenced by Gaudí’s architecture of his popular work, the Casa Batlló. The irregular and intricate shapes of Gaudi’s works are shown on the Au750 solid gold skeleton body. The translucent lacquer inlays on the cap and barrel are based on the design of the windows of Casa Batlló. The writing instrument is enriched with diamonds: 220 on the mechanic (~0,88 ct.), 53 on the cap (~0,159 ct.), 82 on the barrel (~0,376 ct.) and 50 on the cone (~0,35 ct.).

The cone set with 50 diamonds at 1,2mm (~0,35 ct.).
Feather
The Au750 gold nib is representing one of the towers of Sadrada Familia - Gaudi's most famous building.
Limitation
